Favorite Sons Quartet

The Favorite Sons quartet is a chapter quartet from the Eau Claire Chapter of SPEBSQSA. Being in Wisconsin, they are part of the Land O'Lakes District. They were "mic testers" at the 1998 spring district convention in Eau Claire.

They began woodshedding together in 1996 ... and decided to continue as a quartet. With origins in Duluth, Chicago, Altoona, and Eau Claire, now all four are active in the Diplomats of Harmony chorus and are officers of the chapter in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

The quartet performs in chapter shows and singouts, as well as singing valentines, wedding receptions and anniversaries, civic events and festivals, and holiday programs. Two Hansons, Ron and Jerry, sing lead and tenor, while the two Fredrickson cousins, Rollie and Stan, join in with baritone and bass.

And even though their mothers wouldn't admit it, they are ...
