Harmonet: Recent Posts

I heard from Tim Cheney (tcheney@pop.upenn.edu), the guy who maintains the web page containing recent Harmonet posts, on 9/22/98. Here's what he said:
"After some upgrades to our unix machine it began to suffer crashes due to the gopher server. I was forced to disable the gopher server in order for the machine to continue to be used for official work purposes without crashing.

I have cobbled together a cgi interface to take its place. [...]
